| With the rapid development of modern science and technology,coupled with the combination of online and offline teaching derived from the post-epidemic era,many colleges and universities in China are undergoing a new information education model reform.In order to give full play to the advantages of blended teaching and further promote students’ deep learning,this study designs a BOPPPS teaching model based on blended teaching based on the characteristics of gymnastics general courses in Tianjin Institute of Physical Education.This study takes the design of BOPPPS teaching model of gymnastics class in physical education major of Tianjin University of Sport as the research object,and adopts the methods of literature,questionnaire,expert interview,teaching experiment,mathematical statistics and so on.On the basis of constructivism learning theory,communication method and other relevant theoretical basis,motivation principle,curriculum resource diversity principle,systematic principle of teaching activities and other design principles,after the preliminary analysis of teaching objects,teaching content,teaching environment,teaching resources and so on,the BOPPPS teaching model of gymnastics class is designed and teaching experiment is carried out.Through the data analysis of students’ autonomous learning ability,learning engagement,theoretical performance and skill performance before and after the experiment,the following results,conclusions and suggestions are drawn:Results:According to the data detection of experimental indicators,there are significant differences in students’ independent learning ability(P=0.037)and learning participation(P=0.030)under the two teaching modes,and there are significant differences in theoretical scores of gymnastics(P=0.001)and jumping scores of gymnastics(P=0.002).There was no significant difference in parallel bars(P=0.091).Conclusion:(1)The BOPPPS model of gymnastics class can effectively use the class time,fully stimulate the students’ thirst for knowledge and spirit of exploration,and effectively improve the level of theoretical knowledge and skills of gymnastics.(2)In the practice of gymnastics curriculum,the students’ learning initiative and enthusiasm are fully tapped through the teaching design of situation setting,classroom exploration and group cooperation,and more attention is paid to the students’ self-thinking,self-exploration and other independent learning ability.(3)In terms of the learning participation of the experimental subjects,except for the critical thinking dimension,there are significant differences in the dimensions of attention concentration,student-student interaction,teacher-student interaction,etc,which proves that the BOPPPS teaching model of gymnastics class is more conducive to improving students’ learning participation and depth.Recommendation:(1)When BOPPPS teaching model is combined with blended teaching model,it is necessary to consider the effectiveness of teaching design.Instead of sticking to a fixed form,it is necessary to design an effective teaching model suitable for itself and students according to its teaching object,teaching resources,teaching content,course type and other actual conditions.(2)In the teaching experiment,we can try to develop and design a variety of teaching resources to strengthen and maintain students’ learning motivation.Flexible use of teaching mode,pay attention to the organic combination of online teaching and offline teaching,pay attention to the effective connection of teaching links before,during and after class.(3)Physical education teachers should constantly improve their professional quality,the application level of network technology,update the teaching concept and other comprehensive abilities,and according to the characteristics of students’ physical and mental development to design and apply the teaching model,in order to achieve the optimization of teaching effect. |
