The application of embedded system gets a rapid development in recent years.Now the research on embedded technology has became a hot topic.More embedded technology were used in the spacecraft area.It will be more convenient if providing graphical user interface for astronaut’s operation and monitor,with development of loading people to outer space.This paper introduced a mini graphical support system based on FPGA.Other developer can use this system to develop graphical user interface,it which can shorten development time and improve the efficiency.By compared several relative embedded graphical developed methods,it is considered that the one of development which is based on embedded graphical middlewares has been used widely.But in this way,system implementation is very complex.It needs embedded operating system and high-powered processor.It is hard to carry out for spacecraft products.Because using the operating system will reduce the reliability of products,and it is very difficult to get high quality’s processor.In a word,the method is restricted in spacecraft area.As the most spacecraft products just need simple and basic graphic display,writer had developed the embedded display system based on the fortes of FPGA,including high processing speed and flexibility.This system provided the basic graphic library and UART,so it could communicate with other outer devices.The paper introduced the whole system in particular,including the graphical arithmetics,development tools,and the designs of hardware and sofware.The graphic library of this system had high expansibility.It will have more fuctions of graphic display if some new graphical arithmetic modules are added.
