| In the new era,aging has become a global population problem.At the same time,driven by science and technology and social development,the "silver economy" is booming,and the"smart pension" model arises at the right moment.It is imperative to use modern technology to bring better products and services to the elderly care at home.With the rise of robot industry,the promotion of service robots will become the key research direction of home care auxiliary products.Based on the theory of user experience design and user research methods,this paper constructs the product interaction design framework of home-aged service robot.Among them,the three levels of user experience point out the direction of product design and interaction design,while the five elements model of user experience provides a complete basic framework of Internet product thinking.In the user research part,qualitative and quantitative methods such as questionnaire and user interview are used to investigate the needs of the target user groups,and KJ method,Likert scale and other methods were introduced to conduct data analysis,and user model was created based on the research results to deeply mine the design points,and hierarchical analysis of user needs was conducted by using the seven-order Maslow hierarchy of needs.On this basis,this paper proposes the design strategy of products for the elderly from the perspective of user experience level,defines product function system and interaction mode,converts user needs into product features,analyzes appearance design elements and interface design elements,and describes the interface information framework.The final design practice part completes the physical product appearance design and virtual interface interaction design,visual design of the home elderly service robot.The appearance design focuses on how to better integrate the product modeling into the modern home environment and bring people friendly sensory experience.The interaction design focuses on the integrity of the interaction framework and the operability of the prototype.Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,User test method,SUS scale and other methods were used to test and evaluate the usability of product solutions.Based on the theoretical analysis,user research and design practice,layer upon layer advanced,pension for wisdom provides a new scheme of systemic power can better achieve the elderly assignment,and the results of the study on the design of intelligent service-oriented robots and Internet wisdom that occupy the home endowment platform development provides the beneficial reference. |
