Y software company is a government software company established for nearly 20 years.Due to its advantages in finance,finance,social security,supervision of the National People’s Congress and other projects,it occupies a place in the E-government industry.Since the 14 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the development of e-government industry has been accelerated,and the new requirements for the development of e-government industry have been put forward again.For y software company,this is both an opportunity and a challenge.Under the background of emphasizing the high-quality development of enterprises,how to highlight the encirclement in the case of fierce industry competition and serious product homogenization is an urgent problem for y software company.This thesis mainly studies the development strategy of Y software company under the background of high-quality development.Firstly,this thesis analyzes the research background of the high-quality development of Y software company and the intensification of competition in the E-government industry,and deeply analyzes the characteristics of the E-government industry where y software company is located.Through the analysis of the external environment of Y software company,it can be seen that the external environment of the company provides opportunities for its development,but at the same time,the competition is fierce and has no great advantage.Through the internal environment analysis,we can see that y software company has the advantages of technology and financial resources,but also has the disadvantages of relatively single business scope,which hinders the development of the company.According to the opportunities,threats,advantages and disadvantages of the enterprise,through SWOT analysis and assisted by QSPM matrix,the company level strategy of product development strategy,market penetration strategy,relevant diversification strategy and differentiated competition strategy are formulated,and four guarantee measures such as human resource ability are formulated to ensure the implementation of the company’s strategy.Through the research of this thesis it puts forward the development strategy and strategic implementation guarantee measures for y software company,and promotes the company to complete the strategic objectives,which is of positive significance to the long-term development of Y software company.
