Research On Group User Portrait Of University Library Based On Co-borrowing Social Network

As the gathering place of information resources and subject professional knowledge,university library is the frontier of information exchange,sharing and knowledge transmission.Under the background of the information age and the new development of disciplines,the rapid development of information resources makes us begin to rethink the important position and role that thesis resources in university libraries are difficult to replace.At the same time,due to the deepening of interdisciplinary and integrated development,the transmission,exchange and sharing of information resources among disciplines are becoming closer and closer,This also makes us need to rethink what new changes have taken place in the new borrowing needs and behavior laws of university library users under the professional background.In this context,this thesis extracts the user borrowing and circulation data of Shandong University Library from 2017 to 2019 as an example,constructs the group user portrait of University Library Based on the co borrowing social network of professional groups,which integrates the network information of CO borrowing relationship of professional groups and the statistical information of borrowing activity,Innovatively bring the co borrowing network relationship between professional group users into the dimension of group user portrait construction.On the basis of combing the research in related fields,this thesis first analyzes the user portrait level of University Library Based on CO borrowing social network,and puts forward the label system design in the two dimensions of CO borrowing relationship and borrowing activity of professional group users;Then,the annual total borrowing amount and the distribution of borrowing amount of users are counted,the co borrowing social network of professional group users is constructed,and the index data in the network are extracted to explain the borrowing behavior law of professional user group,which makes preparations for data mining for the construction of portrait;Finally,the user data is standardized,and the users are clustered and subdivided through the principal component analysis of the label dimension,and the group user portrait in the professional direction is obtained.According to the analysis results,the study found four types of subdivided user groups of college professional group users based on CO borrowing social network relations,namely group user group,bridge user group,active user group and sudden user group.The four types of user groups have their own obvious characteristics and associations in the direction of discipline and specialty.In the time series,they will basically evolve along the direction of burst user group,group user group and Bridge user group,while the members of active user group and their borrowing performance remain basically stable.On the whole;the article deeply explores the characteristics of users’ borrowing behavior and the law of information transmission and sharing among users of professional groups.The conclusions can provide some basis for university libraries to carry out accurate subject services and knowledge services,and provide some basis for university libraries to carry out more close to the needs of professional users,The personalized service that conforms to the changing law of user needs has brought a new analytical perspective and innovative thinking.
