| With the rapid development of electric power technology and the upgrading of electronic and electrical equipment,the electromagnetic compatibility of electronic and electrical products has become increasingly important.As a signal generator,immunity test equipment is used in immunity test which can examine the electromagnetic compatibility of electronic and electrical products,and its performance index will directly affect the test results.As an important means to ensure the unity of national units and the accuracy of quantity value transmission,the metrology has become the basis for judging the performance index of immunity test equipment.At present,the metrology for calibration of immunity test equipment is conducted under traditional manual operation.However,such an approach is regarded to be inefficient,error-prone,and has a poor repeatability of parameters.Therefore,this thesis takes the automatic calibration of immunity test equipment as the research subject instead.Through the computer,the immunity test equipment and signal acquisition equipment are remotely controlled by USB,Thunderbolt interface and serial port communication,and the whole automatic calibration process from pulse waveform generation,data acquisition,processing to final report generation is realized on the LabVIEW software development platform,completing the design of the automatic calibration system of immunity test equipment.The main work of this thesis is as follows:Firstly,considering the actual requirements of calibration,we design the structure of the automatic calibration system to integrate the necessary hardware equipment and build the automatic calibration system for immunity test equipment.Then,we design the human-computer interacting interface,test workflow and all the functional modules of this system on the LabVIEW software development platform to complete the designation of this entire software.Second,the national metrological calibration specifications for immunity test equipment are reviewed,the metrological characteristics of the standard waveform output from the equipment and the waveform calibration parameters are studied,and the study is used as the basis for the measurement of the immunity test equipment calibration parameters.Finally,the measurement uncertainty of the system is analyzed theoretically,and the reliability of the system is verified by the method of quantity value comparison in the national metrology technical specifications.The verification results show that the metrological performance of the system fully meets the requirements of the specifications and metrological industry standards,and can finish the metrological calibration tasks of immunity test equipment.Besides,the calibration efficiency has been greatly improved as well with good reliability and applicability.At present,the system has been used in the calibration of immunity test equipment at the Institute of Electromagnetic Compatibility of Henan Institute of Metrology. |
