| Live stream,as significant revolution of the form of human communication,owns distinct media attributes.With the rapidly development of mobile Internet,live stream of government affairs gradually becomes a new measure to keep up with the pace of the new media era in government information services.Since 2016,live stream has became the new normal of government affairs micro-blog operations.The way of government affairs transition have changed from “result disclosure” to “ process disclosure” thanks to the combination of live stream and government affairs,which makes the government works become more“down-to-earth” and “popular”.As a new mode of government affairs communication with strong synchronization,bi-direction and interaction,live stream of government affairs makes the government work more open and transparent,and the communication between government agencies and the public becomes more intuitive and smooth,which shows a good government image with confidence,transparency and authority.Although the scope and frequency of live stream of government affairs are still expanding under the leading of technology,there are still some problems due to its short development history.How to solve the current difficulties and develop a suitable government affairs micro-blog and find the development path of live stream is an issue that needs to be considered urgently.Based on the perspective of communication,this study takes the government micro-blog“Xi’an Publishing” as the research object,and selects its 2021 micro-blog live stream content as the analysis sample with the help of the literature method,case analysis method,content analysis method,questionnaire survey method and other research methods.As the head account of Shaanxi Provincial Government micro-blog,“Xi’an Publishing” is the “sounder” of the Xi’an Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government,which basically achieves full coverage of Xi’an’s government affairs news,serves for Xi’an public,transmits Xi’an voice and promotes of the image of Xi’an through continuous improvement,which has explored a unique development path.Although the development is rapid,there are still some problems,such as promotion is not sufficiently,unreasonable topic setting in the live stream,presentation model is single,insufficient communication between the government and the public and some other issues.Combining with the prominent features and main problems of the live stream of “Xi’an Publishing” and learning from other excellent government affairs micro-blog live stream,“Xi’an Publishing” needs to do more publicity and create a pattern with characteristic,set topics reasonably,promote the interaction between the government and the people,in order to comprehensively improve Government micro-blog with power of communication,guidance,influence,and credibility. |
