Under the normalization of epidemic prevention and control,all primary schools in my country gradually summarize the experience of online teaching during the epidemic,and further improve the construction and application of online resources for basic education.At the same time,some areas with backward educational development lack high-quality online education Problems such as educational resources,non-standard use of online educational resources in schools,low sharing of online educational resources between schools,and insufficient teachers’ informatization level have also become more prominent.At present,from the perspective of inter-school interaction,there are few studies on the utilization of regional education online resources in my country’s academic circles.The utilization of resources provides practical reference,so this research has certain value in both theory and practice.This research mainly uses the literature method,observation method,questionnaire method and interview method,and selects the school managers and some elementary school teachers of 3 elementary schools among the 14 elementary schools participating in the "1+N" interactive classroom activities in Xishan District,Kunming City as interviews.The subjects of the survey;the teachers of S primary schools in 3 primary schools were also used as the subjects of the questionnaire survey,and a wealth of first-hand information was collected.At the same time,based on modern social exchange theory,educational equity theory,educational resource utilization theory and policy texts,combined with the online educational resource utilization of various inter-school interactive primary schools in the region,from the macro-regional education level,the middle school level,the micro level Research at the teacher level.During the research process,it was found through questionnaires that the current situation of teachers in S primary school in Xishan District,Kunming using online educational resources for teaching can be mainly reflected in seven aspects:(1)School-based online education resources are scarce,and it is difficult for teachers to obtain more appropriate resources.(2)Teachers have a high demand for online educational resources,and the mechanism for rational utilization of resources has not yet been formed.(3)The problem of school reconstruction is serious,and the ability of teachers to use online education resources to teach needs to be improved.(4)There are many factors that hinder teachers from using online educational resources to teach.(5)Teachers have a high degree of recognition of the use of online educational resources for teaching.(6)Teachers believe that it is difficult to utilize and share online educational resources among schools.(7)The way for teachers to improve their ability to utilize online educational resources is relatively simple.At the same time,after analyzing the results of the questionnaire survey and interview survey,it is found that the primary schools in Xishan District have the following problems in the process of using online educational resources for teaching:(1)At the macro-regional education level,there is a single education and training,and the sharing of online educational resources within the region is not.(2)At the management level of mesoscopic schools,there is a problem of attaching importance to hardware construction and neglecting the use of online educational resources,and the standardized utilization mechanism of online educational resources has not yet been formed;(3)At the micro-teacher level,there is a problem of using online educational resources for teaching.Insufficient ability and low emphasis on online educational resources.In response to the above problems,it is necessary to put forward countermeasures based on the general laws of online education resource utilization and the particularity of the development of online education resources in Xishan District.The problems existing in the utilization of online educational resources in primary schools are proposed to improve the construction of regional educational resources,ensure the smooth connection of online educational resources,innovate teacher training models,and improve the utilization level of online educational resources of teachers;build a complete utilization of online educational resources.Through inter-school interaction,the utilization rate of high-quality online educational resources should be improved;teachers should make the use of online educational resources teaching become the new normal,and teachers should have the ability to screen,process and use online educational resources for teaching promotion strategies,so as to provide The utilization of regional education online resources provides certain theoretical and practical references.
