| Educational informatization brings opportunities and challenges to the professional development of primary and secondary school teachers,and also brings new opportunities for teacher network training.Through the establishment of a teacher network training community,teachers can cooperate and exchange in the network environment to achieve mutual benefit and complement each other’s advantages,thereby improving the quality of teacher training in primary and secondary schools,enhancing teachers’ professional development,and promoting the high-quality and balanced development of basic education.In recent years,the Ministry of Education has taken online learning space as the focus of the informatization construction of primary and secondary schools in my country,breaking the limitations of traditional teaching and research in terms of regions and high-quality teachers,and providing a training platform for teachers to communicate and grow together.The functional support of resource sharing,communication and interaction,and evaluation services in the online learning space has expanded the depth and breadth of the teacher training community.Based on the literature review of teacher training community,teacher network training community,and the application of online learning space,this research deeply analyzes the value of primary and secondary school teacher training community based on network learning space,and uses teacher professional development theory and distributed recognition.Based on knowledge theory,summarize its constituent elements.Based on this,a questionnaire and interview outline were designed to investigate the status quo of the teacher training community in primary and secondary schools,and a descriptive and differential analysis of the current situation was made to summarize and analyze the individual teachers,teacher community,training activities,and guarantee mechanisms in the teacher training community.And the problems and causes of teachers’ space application.On the basis of theoretical analysis and investigation and research,this paper proposes a strategy for the construction and application of training communities in primary and secondary schools based on network learning space,that is,constructing: a network learning space based on personal space,institutional space,public application services and data analysis services.Basic framework and operation methods from external guarantee to independent creation and development;application strategies: jointly negotiate themes and unite teachers;jointly build and share high-quality resources to ensure the joint participation of members;set up diversified activities to promote in-depth cooperation among teachers;innovative achievements Application and transformation,stimulate the inner drive of teachers to participate;improve the guarantee mechanism to help the community continue to coexist;optimize the space service function and increase the space application rate.It is expected that through this research,at the theoretical level,new explorations will be made on the application of online learning space in teacher training,deepening the application of online learning space,and responding to the Ministry of Education’s request for deepening research on the application of online learning space.At the same time,it also makes a useful supplement to the theoretical research on the existing teacher network training community.At the practical level,the construction of a training community based on the network learning space can improve the quality of teacher training in primary and secondary schools,and promote the quality of education and teaching for primary and secondary school teachers. |
