With the development of the new generation of communication technology and advanced manufacturing technology,a new round of industrial transformation represented by intelligent manufacturing has emerged in China.The customized production scheduling system based on the production characteristics of enterprises is one of the way to realize intelligent and digital transformation of enterprises.At present,production scheduling systems such as MES(Manufacturing Execution System)and APS(Advanced Planning and Scheduling)have been launched in the market,but they cannot effectively reflect the production characteristics of different industries.In addition,enterprises need to spend a lot of costs on production system and process reengineering,so the degree of localization service is indistinctive.If an enterprise wants to maintain competitive advantage in its industry,it should develop a customized production scheduling system based on its own production characteristics.This thesis takes the auto parts workshop of Enterprise S as a case study,considers its production characteristics,studies the production scheduling method,and then develops a production scheduling prototype system.The specific contents are as follows.(1)Current situation investigation and problem analysis.This study investigates the production management process of auto parts workshop of Enterprise S,and clarifies the two research points of improving order priority sorting rules and optimizing production scheduling schemes.First,this study determines the influencing factors and selects the appropriate evaluation method to prioritize orders;second,the study analyzes the production operation mode and process flow of auto parts workshop,highlighting the production characteristics of multiple varieties and small batch.In addition,the study finds two core problems of frequent production line switching and low order completion rate,and finally develop a production scheduling prototype system based on production line switching.(2)Consider production scheduling for line switching.Considering the factors such as delivery time,customer importance,order profit and material satisfaction,this study adopts the entropy weight method to determine order priority.In order to minimize the total production cost and production line switching time,a production scheduling model is constructed considering production line constraints,process constraints,inventory constraints and order priority constraints.Under the framework of NSGA-II algorithm,heuristic rules and solving strategies are designed to study solving rules such as initial population generation,coding and genetic operators,so as to obtain the optimal production scheduling scheme.(3)Case analysis and production scheduling prototype system development.With the January order of the workshop,this part verifies the effectiveness of the proposed method,and develops a prototype production scheduling system.Firstly,the study carries out several analysis such as technical and economic feasibility analysis,business process analysis and demand and function analysis,and then builds use-case models,E-R diagrams,system structure diagrams and program flow charts.Finally,using Visual Studio 2019 as the development platform,this study desings the database based on Microsoft SQL Server 2019,researchs the whole process of system development and implementation,including the system’s main function module design,functional interface development and database configuration.To sum up,combining with the production characteristics of auto parts workshop of S enterprise,this thesis proposes a production scheduling method considering production line switch,and develops a production scheduling prototype system,which improves scheduling efficiency,and has important theoretical and practical significance for the study of related scheduling problems.
