Research On The Column Of "Legal Ahead" Of Inner Mongolia Broadcasting And TV Station

“Governing the country by law”means governing the country in accordance with the Constitution and other laws.It is an objective requirement for developing a socialist market economy and an important symbol of social civilization and progress.It is not only an important condition for building socialism with Chinese characteristics,but also a guarantee for the long-term peace and stability of the country and society.The rule of law is the result of a profound review of social and historical experience since the founding of the People’s Republic of China.TV legal programs provide strong support and promotion for the work of law popularization in China,and create a social environment and public opinion atmosphere for the effective implementation of the basic strategy of governing the country by law.The purpose of TV legal programs is to popularize legal education for the general public,so the social education function is the fundamental purpose and purpose of TV legal programs.Since the birth of the first TV legal program in 1985,TV legal programs have been growing for more than 30 years.TV stations in all provinces,cities and autonomous regions in China have legal programs.The research object of this paper is one of the TV legal column in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region –“ Legal Ahead”column.In 2007,The Mongolian channel of Inner Mongolia TV set up the column“Legal Ahead”in order to publicize laws to the general grassroots audience,learn legal knowledge from facts and establish the concept of how to protect their own rights in accordance with the law.This paper takes the column “Legal Ahead”as the research subject,tries to combine the qualitative method with the quantitative method,studies and analyzes the present situation of its expression form and content through the content analysis method,and discusses the existing problems and the development strategy of the column in the future.The study found that after 15 years of broadcasting,more than 1,800 programs have been broadcast,reporting civil cases,economic cases and administrative disputes encountered by farmers and herdsmen at the grassroots level,conducting publicity and education for farmers and herdsmen on how to safeguard their rights and interests,and reporting a large number of cases with social impact.The author learned the program production process and program expression way by studying the column“Legal Ahead”.Content analysis shows that the program mainly focuses on explaining laws and regulations and analyzing cases,and has a series of special programs.Explain that laws and regulations programs can be divided into single programs,next and next programs or three programs.Case analysis programs mostly consist of one case,with a few episodes.For more than ten years,the program “Legal Ahead” has always been the center of the audience,and has made remarkable achievements in serving the rule of law,helping the publicity and education of the legal system,and improving citizens’ legal awareness.Even so,the author thinks that the program “Legal Ahead”still has some shortcomings,such as a slightly limited form of expression,easy to leave stereotypes,single communication channels,and unsatisfactory integration with new media.Therefore,it should make great efforts in the pursuit of form innovation,content richness and the use of new media platforms to expand the influence of programs,so as to improve the influence of programs in many aspects and give full play to the social education function of programs.
