| Virtual idol is a symbolic product in the environment of media technology development and cultural integration in recent years.It takes the real world as the value orientation and story background,relies on the operation team and modern technology to carry out idol activities such as singing,dancing and live broadcasting in virtual and non virtual scenes,and has accumulated a certain number of fans.Taking the virtual idol a-soul as the object of case analysis,combined with network ethnography and in-depth interview,this paper makes a participatory observation on a-soul fans from the perspective of audience analysis.Unlike real idols,the strong interaction of virtual idols makes fans have a closer quasi social relationship with them,and the virtuality gives them more space for secondary creation and correction.Fans show more initiative and creativity in the process of cultural practice.They complete the construction of the community through the rewriting of official texts,symbolic consumption and conspicuous consumption,emotional interaction and meaning sharing,imitation and performance.At the same time,fans also shape virtual idols into sacred symbols through ritual interaction and deepen their recognition of group identity.The interconnection of the network and the technical expression of symbols enable fans to share cognition and emotion around virtual idols in the virtual presence.The diffusion and accumulation of emotional energy finally promote the unity and cultural blending within fans.With the layout and development of capital in the virtual idol industry,the cooperation space between virtual idols and mainstream media is gradually broad,but enterprises and individuals still need to be cautious about their enthusiasm for virtual digital human,avoid self alienation and excessive addiction to the virtual world in the reality of social dilemma and lack of belief,and maintain individual independence and humanistic rationality in the pan media era of all media. |
