| In recent years,as a concept rising in China,knowledge service has begun to show its importance in all walks of life,and its theoretical connotation has been constantly enriched and developed.Transformation and upgrading of knowledge service is considered to be published in the other direction,can be thought of as the help of technology,knowledge service platform,operation methods,combined with the professional knowledge level of the existing knowledge accumulation,service resources,optimization,restructuring,to obtain knowledge,use knowledge and feedback for the user information demand to provide solutions,is a kind of innovation service system.As the most important content resource provider,the publishing industry is gradually exploring the transformation of knowledge service with the help of smart technology.This paper mainly uses content analysis method,questionnaire survey method,field investigation method and interview method to carry out research.In the early stage,through literature review and text analysis,it is concluded that the research content of knowledge service in the field of publishing is rich and covers various fields.However,the research on Shenzhen Book City mainly focuses on journal literature and the number of articles studied is relatively small.From the transformation direction research content is also focused on the activity form innovation,online fusion,wisdom book city construction for "book" and "the book" resource integration service,it is not seen on the transformation of the knowledge service view,combining with the connotation and characteristic of knowledge service,summarizes the shenzhen book city and the relationship between knowledge service issues,That is,Shenzhen Book City has actively explored the practice of knowledge service.First of all,taking the time as the context,it can be seen that the knowledge service process of Shenzhen Book City has experienced the development stage from simple information service stage,interactive knowledge dissemination stage to precise customized service stage,and has revealed the strong development advantages and potential.Secondly,along the track of research methods,the transformation of knowledge service in Shenzhen Book City is studied in detail.Through field observation and literature review,it is found that Shenzhen Book City has obvious advantages in policy environment,service concept,service resources and service form in carrying out knowledge service.Through the content analysis method,it is found that Shenzhen Book City carries out logical layout from the aspects of constituent elements,platform matrix,content resources,integration path,etc.,to highlight its operational advantages.Through the questionnaire survey and interview,the user portrait of Shenzhen Book City is analyzed,and it is found that the users of Shenzhen Book City are mainly young people,and the user group has high educational background and cultural quality as a whole,and the salary level is high.Then combined with the feedback of questions in the questionnaire and interview,it is concluded that there are some problems in the knowledge service content of Shenzhen Book City,such as doubtful recommendation,ineffective interaction,lack of empathy and lack of publicity.User-oriented,focusing on knowledge sharing and development;User-oriented,emphasizing demand customization and socialization;Take the profession as the guarantee,attach importance to the measurement and ability of talents;Relying on technology,the platform operation is not systematic.Finally,drawing lessons from the experience and lessons of Shenzhen Book City,this paper puts forward four suggestions for the development of national book city: promoting platformization and standardized development with the help of professional operation;Promote cross-boundary marketing to promote knowledge integration and content services;Take advantage of the brand effect to achieve a complete industrial chain operation,promote integrated development to create new advantages of smart transformation. |
