Journalists play an important role in the development and transformation of the journalism industry,and they are also the direct recipients of the achievements of the media transformation.Today,the speed of Internet updates and iterations is accelerating,the transformation of media is becoming more and more intense,and emerging things such as social media,short videos,and live broadcasts are emerging one after another.Network traffic,number of fans,and commercial value have gradually become the focus of the media.The concept of interests first leads journalists to gradually enter the media.The "melting pot" of transformation,low salary,heavy work tasks,huge occupational pressure and the inner contradictions of forced transformation have caused them to encounter varying degrees of self-lost in the passive development,broken news ideals,and focus on the development of journalists This is an issue that needs urgent attention in the current journalism industry.The professional identity of journalists in the transition period represents the reporter’s cognitive status of the new changes in journalism in the transition period.For example,“fans”,“net celebrity reporters”,“personality” and other elements with network characteristics can deeply understand the real thoughts and professional status of journalists,which is beneficial to traditional media and journalists in the stage of media integration.This study takes Fan Yaping’s research dimension of professional identity as the analytical framework,adopts participatory observation method,in-depth interview method,and case analysis method,and takes the reporter group of Henan Radio and Television Daxiang MCN as a case to analyze the current situation of professional identity.The author analyzes the journalists from the perspectives of their professional motivation,professional emotion and loyalty,journalism professional cognition and self-identity,and finds that the Daxiang MCN journalists choose this journal because of professional counterparts,value realization and good social image of journalists.professional,but their professional emotion is not high,the gap between reality and ideals collides,and the stronger the sense of job burnout,showing fragile professional loyalty.From the perspective of professional cognition of journalism,the author analyzes it from three aspects: the cognition of the professional function of the reporter group,the cognition of the relationship between news and reporters,and the cognition of the change of the audience’s role.Functions change.The self-identity of the journalist group is the focus of this analysis.The author found that in the process of media transformation,this group has multiple identities intertwined,such as opinion leaders,news migrant workers,“Internet celebrities” and “hosts with goods”,etc.,while journalists support or doubt attitudes towards different identities.It also shows that journalists in transition are in an embarrassing situation.Finally,the author puts forward the dilemma of occupational identity from the perspectives of living conditions,media transformation and personal employment motivation,and suggests that individuals improve their adaptability,the media can improve the employment ecology,and the society can give recognition and humanistic care to improve the status quo,in order to better help Journalists in the media transformation have successfully transformed themselves to adapt to the ever-changing media environment.
