With the continuous expansion of the scale of collective dormitories in colleges and universities,large factories and so on,new requirements are put forward for dormitory power consumption management and safety monitoring.Intelligent dormitory power consumption management not only needs to realize the functions of remote meter reading,automatic cost settlement,self-service recharge and power consumption information query,but also needs to achieve the functions of intelligent identification of dangerous power consumption behavior,intelligent alarm and alarm processing,arrears or alarm message reminder.In this context,this dissertation designs and develops an intelligent power measurement and control system suitable for large-scale dormitory.Through field investigation of the power consumption management needs of the college students’ dormitories,this dissertation studies the technical status of intelligent power consumption at home and abroad,analyzes the feasibility of intelligent power consumption measurement and control system from the aspects of economic feasibility,technical feasibility and operational feasibility,and then analyzes the needs of intelligent power consumption measurement and control system,and constructs the overall framework of the system,which includes data acquisition and control layer,data communication layer,business processing layer and mobile terminal data processing layer.VS.NET 2019 is selected as the development framework,and the design of intelligent power consumption measurement and control system is completed by using the combination mode of C / S and B/ S.The intelligent power consumption measurement and control system adopts a new dormitory power consumption management mode,which supports wired,wireless,4G and5 G networking as the system communication channel,remote meter reading and data collection as the data basis of the system,intelligent power consumption detailed analysis and intelligent remote control as the functional core,campus enterprise number as the mobile terminal application,and message reminder as the function expansion of the system.The system design is divided into management system design,system data acquisition and control design,system data upload and download design,system mobile terminal design,message sending system design,etc.The data upload method of "three-step submission and one confirmation" is adopted to ensure the accuracy and reliability of data upload.Furthermore,the Euclidean distance algorithm is used to judge and analyze the dangerous power consumption behavior.Through the step-by-step test and joint test of each functional module of the intelligent power consumption measurement and control system,the results show that the system can timely and accurately collect the meter data,realize the power consumption settlement,judge the dangerous power consumption,push all kinds of power consumption information in time,solve the problems of difficult power consumption management and high safety risk in the students’ dormitory,and realize the goal of networking,informatization and intelligence of dormitory power consumption management.
