A Study On Informatization Strategy Of Agricultural Industrialization Leading Enterprises In Anhui Province

In recent years,the national investment in agriculture has been increasing.The No.1central document of the Central Committee has focused on the “three rural” issues for many years,which shows that the “three rural” work is the key to building a socialist modern country in an all-round way.At this time,the leading enterprises of agricultural industrialization bear the important responsibility for the development of agricultural industrialization.As a new force to lead and drive the comprehensive revitalization of rural areas and the modernization of agricultural and rural areas,they are a firm force to build a modern agricultural industrial system and play an irreplaceable role in promoting the comprehensive revitalization of rural areas.With the advent of knowledge economy and globalization,enterprises are no longer limited to the traditional mode and are developing in the direction of industrialization.Under the impact of superimposed information tide,promoting the combination of information technology and agricultural enterprises is an important content to realize the rapid development of agriculture.The overall strength of the agricultural industry in Anhui Province is lower than that of industries such as industry and Commerce and service industry,and the number of leading enterprises is also far lower than that of other industries.Therefore,how to seize the opportunity of the development of information science to improve the informatization level and competitive strength of agricultural enterprises is the top priority.Based on this,this paper,taking Anhui XY agricultural science and technology company as an example,collects the views of employees at all levels(senior,middle and grass-roots)on the implementation of enterprise informatization strategic planning management by filling in questionnaires and exchange interviews,collects and sorts out relevant data,and uses the combination of analytic hierarchy process and situational analysis to build an AHP-SWOT model for empirical analysis.Through the construction of judgment matrix,the hierarchical ranking values of various internal and external factors affecting the implementation of informatization strategic planning management are calculated,including the ranking consistency index CI and the corresponding average random consistency index RI,and compared to obtain the AHP-SWOT thinking coordinate system.The advantages and disadvantages of the company and its environment are judged from the hierarchical analysis index,and the problems in the construction and development are summarized.The planning and management in line with the informatization strategic development of the enterprise is designed,and the appropriate informatization development strategy is selected,with a view to providing demonstration,and reference for the informatization strategic development of the leading enterprises of the same type of agricultural industrialization in Anhui Province,so as to improve the level of agricultural industrialization and modernization in Anhui Province,and strive to make the enterprises adapt to the informatization development requirements mentioned in the “the fourteenth five-year plan” for agriculture and rural areas in Anhui Province.With the help of appropriate information strategic development solutions,leading enterprises of agricultural industrialization in Anhui Province will play an important role in the national strategy of the rise of central China.
