| As knowledge-intensive and technology-intensive enterprises,high-tech enterprises can contribute to national economic development and technological upgrading.The core competitiveness of such enterprises is mainly reflected in the research and development of patents.How to maintain the strategic advantage of patented technology in enterprise competition is the key issues faced by every high-tech enterprise.Such enterprises not only have their own advantages and disadvantages in the process of internal patent technology research and development,but also face potential opportunities and threats brought by the external environment.How to make full use of its own advantages to seize market opportunities and at the same time make up for its own disadvantages and avoid external threats is a common problem faced by every high-tech enterprise.Therefore,based on hightech enterprises,this paper deeply discusses the application of patent strategy in such enterprises,which has practical significance for the optimization of patent strategy of hightech enterprises.The paper firstly sorts out and summarizes the relevant research on patent strategy at home and abroad,and expounds the relevant theory of enterprise patent strategy.The number of patents and the proportion of patent types were analyzed,and it was found that the number of patents of the company was at the leading level in the industry.Then,in order to analyze the patent strategy of WHGX company,the SWOT analysis method is used to construct a patent strategy hierarchy model from four levels of WHGX company’s internal strengths and weaknesses,external environment development opportunities and threats,and quantitative analysis is carried out combined with AHP analytic hierarchy process to determine each factor.According to the weight of the enterprise patent strategy development quadrilateral,the patent development strategy based on the multi-operation strategy and supplemented by the defensive strategy is found for the enterprise.Finally,some suggestions for optimizing the patent strategy of high-tech enterprises are put forward in terms of increasing the investment of R&D funds and resisting the risk of foreign capital influx;enhancing the independent innovation ability of enterprises and breaking through the barriers of core technology. |
