| When a traffic accident occurs or a vehicle breaks down on the way,it is usually necessary to put a triangle warning sign at a certain distance behind the accident vehicle to remind the rear vehicle to drive carefully,so as to avoid the second traffic accident caused by the rear vehicle’s delayed response.However,the triangle has many disadvantages,such as a short visual range at night,easy to be blown away by high winds,and the risk of secondary accidents.It is of great significance to design and develop a new warning robot to replace the triangle warning sign.This paper proposes a solution and develops a traffic warning robot system based on the Internet of things.Compared with similar products,it has incomparable advantages in cost performance.The design of the warning robot system includes robot body design,mobile APP design,virtual operation structure design,networking design and autonomous tracking and walking design of the robot.The Internet of Things technology is used to solve the problem of remote control of the robot in a relatively safe position on the scene of the accident.Based on image processing technology and incremental PID tracing method,the autonomous walking function of the robot is realized.The design of mobile phone APP and virtual joystick solves the problems of networking and remote control between the robot and the traffic management platform.The car owners can get timely and quick rescue nearby through the platform,which solves the shortcomings of the traditional triangular warning sign.The flash light with its own light source is used instead of the traditional triangle warning board,which greatly increases the visual distance of warning.The communication heartbeat mechanism is added to the lower computer,and the robot is stopped immediately after disconnecting from the user’s mobile phone.In hough line detection,the voting threshold is modified adaptively to improve tracking performance.The functional modules and performance indexes of the robot system are tested and verified,and the test results show that all the functional indexes can meet the requirements of practical application. |
