Research On Digital Transformation And Development Countermeasures Of SY Company

In the context of digital economy,the competition among enterprises is becoming more and more fierce.Digital transformation and upgrading has become the key "magic weapon" for enterprises to improve their competitiveness.In particular,small and medium-sized enterprises need to stimulate their digital vitality and achieve cost reduction and efficiency through digital transformation.The government also strongly encourages small and medium-sized enterprises to actively explore the online market through digital transformation.SY Company is a developing small and medium-sized enterprise,and its main business is landscape design services.The online market potential of enterprises is huge.However,the development of SY Company in recent years has been restricted by many factors,resulting in slow development.Therefore,SY Company needs to think about how to formulate a new development strategy and how to carry out digital transformation,so as to solve the problems of internal and external development.Taking SY Company as an example,this paper studies the development countermeasures of digital transformation of SY Company.The research content is mainly divided into two parts:development strategy and specific strategy of digital transformation.Firstly,it analyzes the development status and problems of the company.Then,PEST,SWOT and Porter’s five forces model are used to analyze the environment of the company’s digital transformation and development.According to the analysis results,the digital transformation development strategy of SY Company is selected.According to the actual situation of the company,the specific strategy of digital transformation of SY Company is formulated.Finally,it puts forward the implementation guarantee suggestions for the digital transformation and development of SY Company.In the research process of this paper,we mainly use the methods of literature research,case study,questionnaire survey,interview method,data analysis and so on.The analysis of this paper will have practical guiding significance for the digital transformation of SY Company,as well as reference significance for other similar industries and enterprises of the same type.
