| Not only does the continuous derivation of reality show type have met the audience’s market demand,but also it is the product of its development to a certain stage.Since 2018,observation reality shows have gradually entered the horizon of the vast audience and become a new market breakthrough.Through the observation of multiple perspectives,the observation reality show vividly presents its relatively rich program connotation on the basis of the original.In 2019,the broadcast of Inspiring offer is another subdivision of the observation reality show type.The program focuses on the “Workplace” and tells the career stories of the students majoring in law who enter the legal profession for the first time,which is a breakthrough and extension of the reality show type.This paper takes the word “Observation” as the entry point,takes the theory of narratology as the research basis,and takes Inspiring offer as the research sample to mainly explore the narrative strategies of observation reality shows.The whole paper consists of five parts,the introduction part mainly expounds the background,status quo,significance,method and innovation.The first chapter introduces the workplace observation reality show,including the elaboration and analysis of the reasons for its rise and development process.The second and third chapters are the focus of this paper.The second chapter mainly analyzes the narrative discourse of the workplace observation reality show Inspiring offer,and makes a more specific analysis and interpretation from four aspects: narrative time and space of staggered observation,narrative symbols created by audio-visual language,multiple and compound narrative perspectives and dramatic narrative plots after artistic processing.The third chapter mainly analyzes the narrative content of Inspiring offer,and elaborates from three dimensions: the narrative theme of law popularization and workplace coexistence,the narrative characters of multiple observations,and the narrative clues of self-exploration under the “Identity Gaze”.On the basis of the previous chapters,the fourth chapter mainly discusses the problems existing in workplace observation reality shows and suggestions for their future development,including problems caused by the single career choice of guests,homogenization and formalization of program content,serious traces of program narrative planning and lack of authenticity.It is expected that the research of this paper will provide valuable reference suggestions for the production,innovative development of observation reality shows,reality shows and even variety shows. |
