| In recent years,observation reality shows have met the needs of audiences with the emotional themes of "marriage and love" and "parent-child",but at the same time,they can’t help falling into the dilemma of homogeneity of themes and excessive entertainment.In 2019,the broadcast of career observation reality show "Exciting offer" focused on professional practice of "career",helping audiences realize their imagination of the workplace in today’s society and complete selfconstruction,and also pushing Chinese reality TV observation into the 3.0 era of specialization.Based on the gaze theory,this paper analyzes the reality show of career observation by taking "Attractive offer" as an example.The first chapter elaborates and defines related concepts and theories.The second chapter analyzes the presentation of the gaze Angle from three perspectives: explicit,implicit and extended.The third chapter explains the formation of power gaze from the triple space of performance,observation and viewing.Chapter four analyzes the construction of identity gaze from the perspectives of program space,program mechanism and audience’s career imagination.The fifth chapter discusses the specific problems existing in the workplace observation reality show and puts forward optimization suggestions.Gaze theory opens a channel for exploring power discipline and identity generation in programs.Therefore,this paper adopts literature analysis method and case study method to conduct research,which is helpful for audiences to understand the program mechanism,examine themselves and complement their view of seeking jobs,and also provides certain reference for the innovation and development of other observation reality shows and value return. |
