The function of Marine propulsion motor controller is to control the ship motion posture by controlling the corresponding propulsion motor.The traditional two-propeller Marine propulsion motor controller mainly uses mechanical synchronization to control two motors,and the motor speed control algorithm adopts traditional bit control,which will lead to the slow response speed and poor anti-interference ability of Marine motor controller,thus affecting the navigation attitude of the ship.In order to solve the above problems,the Marine propulsion motor controller is studied,analyzed and designed in this thesis.The main research contents of this thesis are as follows:1.This thesis first carries on the ship oar force analysis,according to the oar force formula to establish the mathematical model of the oar block diagram,and in Matlab/Simulink design and build the oar simulation model.Secondly,the mathematical movement model of brushless DC motor is established,and its working principle is studied and introduced in detail.Based on these two models,the system model of this thesis is established in Matlab/Simulink and verified by simulation.2.The traditional PID algorithm,sliding mode variable structure algorithm and fuzzy control algorithm are compared in the speed loop control of motor control,and their simulation models are established in Matlab/Simulink respectively.On the basis of each control algorithm and the system model in this thesis,a simulation model is built and simulated,and the simulation results of three simulation models are verified and compared.3.The system model of the double-propeller ship and the model of the double-propeller ship are designed,and the main command control,master-slave control,cross-coupling control and improved cross-coupling control are studied and introduced.In Matlab/Simulink,on the basis of the twin propeller system model,four kinds of coordinated control simulation models were built respectively,and under the same simulation conditions for simulation verification and analysis and comparison,finally determined to use better performance of the improved cross-coupling control architecture as the controller architecture;The ship track rotation test model was built in Matlab/Simulink and combined with the dual propeller system model and the improved cross-coupling control,the final simulation model of Marine propulsion motor control was designed.In the simulation results,the variation curves of dual motor speed,ship speed and ship track were analyzed.The feasibility of the improved Marine propulsion motor control simulation model is verified.4.Finally,this thesis takes Altium Designer 20 as the development platform and TI’s DSP chip TMS320F28335 as the core control chip to design the Marine propulsion motor controller experimental platform system,including processing operation module,buffer module,drive power module and so on.Then,in CCS6,the C language is used to write the running program of the dual-brushless DC motor.Finally,the combination of software and hardware verifies the feasibility of the design of the Marine propulsion motor controller.In this thesis,through the study of Marine propulsion motor controller,the relevant control algorithm structure and experimental platform are designed,and the simulation and experiment are carried out,which is of great significance and value to the research and practice of Marine propulsion motor controller.
