| With the rapid increase of market demand for pharmaceutical products,the pharmaceutical market has put forward higher requirements for pharmaceutical distribution enterprises,in which the supply chain management ability of pharmaceutical enterprises is particularly important,and pharmaceutical distribution as a key link in the supply chain management process,plays a key role in connecting the preceding and the following.However,at present,there is a contradiction between the market’s higher requirements on distribution efficiency and quality and the relative lag of distribution level.Under the background of the continuous enrichment of business process optimization research,the research on warehousing operation process is also increasing rapidly.At the same time,the modeling and analysis methods of warehousing operation process are also constantly improving.Compared with business process reengineering(BPR),architecture modeling tools(ARIS),and other static modeling analysis method,Petri net analysis method is a dynamic modeling method,Petri nets can be used not only intuitive graphical representation business process model,can also according to the incidence matrix and invariant mathematical methods to verify the correctness of the business process model.This paper selected the warehousing process of Y drug distribution center as the research object,analyzed its basic situation and organizational structure,summarized the flow chart of Y drug distribution center’s warehousing operation,and analyzed the problems existing in the warehousing operation process of Y drug distribution center through field research.Secondly,the Petri net model is used to model the inbound and outbound operation process of the distribution center.Based on the association matrix of the Petri net model of inbound and outbound operation,the synchronization points and conflict points in the association matrix are analyzed,so as to find out the nodes that can be optimized in the inbound and outbound operation process.Using ECRS method to optimize the operation process of its warehouse.Finally,according to the optimization measures,the warehouse operation process is improved,and the optimized warehouse operation flow chart and corresponding Petri net model are obtained.Finally,the transition time was introduced into the Petri model before and after optimization,and Tina simulation software was used to simulate the Petri net model of inbound and outbound operation of Y drug Distribution Center before and after optimization.The comparison of simulation results showed that the inbound and outbound efficiency increased by 18.50% and 15.02% after optimization.It further proves the feasibility of Petri net analysis and the correctness of optimization measures. |
