| With the optimization of enterprise production mode and the transformation of market type,domestic enterprises have fierce competition,and non-large enterprises do not have enough scale and channels.Orders have become the direct source of profits for enterprises,and the order completion speed is related to the process cycle time.As the key point in the logistics system,shortening the cycle time of the process will enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.The target enterprise in this paper has the problem of order conflict caused by the accumulation of orders from multiple customers due to the long business process cycle in and out of the warehouse.Therefore,it chooses to optimize its process to shorten the process cycle.In this paper,Petri net modeling and Markov chain algorithm are combined to analyze,model and optimize the inbound and outbound business process of target WH enterprise.First of all,this paper studies and analyzes the relevant theories about the inbound and outbound business process and Petri nets,which provides theoretical basis for the subsequent research.A variety of optimization methods and modeling methods for inbound and outbound business processes are studied,and their methods are compared and analyzed.ECRS optimization principle and Petri net modeling method are selected as the main research methods.The characteristics of Petri net model,analysis method and recombination algorithm of correlation matrix are discussed.Secondly,the enterprise process modeling analysis and optimization.Detailed description of the enterprise in and out of the warehouse process,and draw the business flow chart.According to the business flow chart,Petri net method was used to model the in-and-out process respectively,and the correlation matrix of the model was constructed.Invariant method was used to analyze the matrix verification characteristics,and PIPE simulation software was used to further analyze and verify the correctness of the model.At the same time,the matrix based recombination algorithm is used to split the matrix to get the independent subnet,and the synchronization nodes are obtained.The principle of ECRS is combined with the actual situation,and the synchronous node is analyzed.Unnecessary processes are eliminated and related processes are merged to shorten the process time,so as to achieve the purpose of optimization.Get new business process and model analysis to verify its correctness.The new process has a shorter process cycle,thus solving the problems existing in the enterprise.Finally,evaluate the optimization measure plan.Add time elements to the model before and after optimization to construct a time Petri net,and construct an isomorphic Markov chain based on the time net model.Calculate the busy rate and utilization rate of the repository and transition in its model,as well as the average delay time of the entire process.By comparing the average delay time of the process before and after optimization,the optimization measures were evaluated.After optimization,the delay time of the inbound and outbound processes was reduced by 1.02609 minutes and 0.97084 minutes,respectively.The practical significance is that the process runs more smoothly. |
