As a core function of human resource management,salary management plays a vital role in the development of enterprises.With the rapid development of science and technology and the increasingly fierce competition in the market,enterprises are facing unprecedented opportunities and challenges.The competition among enterprises has gradually turned to the aspects of cutting-edge knowledge and technology,and the integration of knowledge and technology is reflected in enterprise human resources.More and more enterprises begin to embark on the rational planning and scientific development of their own human resources in the face of fierce market competition,in which the reasonable optimization of the existing salary system has become important means.Whether the enterprise’s salary system is reasonable plays a key role in attracting and retaining employees,and what’s more,leaves an incomparable impact on enterprise’s competitiveness.HC Company,established on November 10th,2010,is the first and only wholly foreign-owned consumer finance company in China.In recent years,due to the problematic salary system of HC Field Collection,such as the single form of fixed salary,lower level of performance salary and less competitive of overall salary,its employees have chosen to seek development in other companies and platforms,resulting in the continuous decline of recovery rate and the continuous increase of non-performing assets in HC Company.This is a great blow to HC company and urge it to improve risk management and control ability as soon as possible.This paper takes HC Company as the research object and focuses on the optimization of Field collection salary system.Firstly,referring to and summarizing relevant research results of domestic and foreign scholars on salary theory and salary system design,this paper will provide a theoretical basis for the salary system design of HC Company’s Field collection employees.Secondly,through questionnaire survey and interview of Field collection employees,this paper will find out the problems existing in current salary system of Field collection employees,and then find out the root causes.Thirdly,according to the internal and external environment and organizational benefits of HC Company,this paper will put forward an optimization scheme for the structure and level of the salary system of Field collection employees.Finally,by evaluating the optimization scheme and putting forward effective implementation guarantee measures,this paper will ensure the implementation.This paper aims to solve the problems existing in the salary system of the Field collection employees of HC Company under the current market environment,and help HC company build an excellent and stable talent team.By motivating Field collection employees,work enthusiasm and contribution to the company could be improved.Thus,HC Company would accelerate the capital circulation rate,expand the business scale and increase its competitiveness.The research results of this paper also have a certain reference value for the Field collection employees’ salary system optimization of other companies.
