| In today’s society,human resources,as a special social resource,have developed into an important resource guarantee for enterprises to achieve their strategic goals.To some extent,the level of human resource management also represents the level of development of the company.The compensation system design is a downstream branch of the entire human resource management system and plays an important role in adapting to the company’s development.Among state-owned integrated circuit industry,FT is a relatively old state-owned enterprise.In the process of development,FT has continuously carried out technological innovations.At present,it has achieved the status of a leader in the whole industry and gradually narrowed the gap with foreign companies.Of course,the continuous narrowing of the technology gap also marks the continuous improvement of the talent quality of the integrated circuit industry,which makes the stability of core talents will eventually become a key factor affecting the future development of FT.Therefore,how to scientifically design the compensation system applicable to FT company has become an important issue for the further development of FT company.A reasonable compensation system can bring long-lasting work motivation to employees.In large and medium-sized cities,for ordinary grassroots employees,basic salary generally maintains the most basic material needs of a family.However,if it involves a higher level of material pursuit and spiritual enjoyment,basic salary is not enough.This requires the decision-making level of the enterprise to formulate a more scientific,efficient,reasonable and sustainable salary system based on the basic situation of employees.The research on the salary system involved in this paper is to find out the basic complaints of employees,and then explore the universal practical significance of the scientific salary system. |
