| With the rapid development of society and scientific and technological progress,information technologies such as big data,cloud computing and artificial intelligence drive railway management to accelerate the intelligent transformation.Due to the heavy workload and complex operating conditions,the service performance of railway transportation equipment is gradually reduced,which brings many potential safety hazards to railway operation.The information of railway transportation equipment can be collected visually and automatically with the help of automation platform,so as to take measures as soon as possible to eliminate some potential safety hazards.Firstly,according to the analysis of information acquisition requirements of railway transportation equipment,based on the existing track car,this thesis designs an information acquisition device integrating lidar,inclinometer,computer and intelligent camera.Through analysis,the research scheme is preliminarily determined.Secondly,the classification is carried out according to the size characteristics of railway equipment information,and the recognition algorithm is studied.Due to the wide variety of railway equipment and the limitation of the accuracy of the equipment itself,this thesis focuses on the classification characteristics of warning signs,line signs and catenary poles in railway transportation equipment and the characteristic algorithm of whether the equipment violates the limit,the early warning algorithm of real-time monitoring the bridge eccentricity and identifying the bridge eccentricity exceeding the limit.There may be some factors affecting the recognition in the collection range,and then the correction analysis algorithm and target positioning algorithm are studied to make the collected information more targeted and accurate.Then,using vs Software development platform and python as development tool,an information acquisition system of railway transportation equipment with complete functions,high efficiency and friendly interface is designed.The database in the system can integrate data well,which is convenient for storage and management.Through the system test,determine the error source,analyze and compare the error,analyze the accuracy to verify the system,and provide solutions,which fully proves that the calculation and analysis results of the system are close to the real value and meet the use requirements. |
