| Since the “carbon peaking and carbon neutrality” strategy was announced in September 2020,the green and environmentally friendly lifestyle has been paid more attention.The prefabricated buildings have been vigorously promoted with its advantages of low carbon and energy saving and short construction period.Especially after the 13 th Five-Year Plan proposed to promote the upgrading of industrial structure,the state and the government have continuously promoted the development of prefabricated buildings through various security and incentive policies.In the digital age,BIM technology has led the construction industry to a new height from improving information flow and architectural design efficiency.In particular,the application of BIM technology in prefabricated buildings can greatly improve the design and production efficiency of prefabricated buildings.Based on the ultra-low energy consumption modular wall structure and focusing on the problem of improving modeling efficiency,this thesis carries out secondary development of BIM software Revit and writes a fast modeling plug-in for assembly modular wall structure.The main functions are as follows:(1)Compared with the traditional parametric modeling method,based on the core modeling software Revit and program compilation software Visual Studio,the information model of the assembled modular wall was rebuilt using C# language,and the plug-in interface design was assisted by XAML language,realizing the rapid creation of the structure model of the assembled modular wall through parameter control.(2)Achieved through parameters to create door and window openings in Revit.Write the whole process of opening doors and Windows for modular wall structure,which simplifies the operation from creating and loading parameterized hollow stretching family to cutting wall model at specific position when creating openings for wall.(3)Through secondary development,material list in Excel sheet can be automatically exported from Revit,component parameter information can be extracted into component family name,and the naming method can be standardized.Then,Excel form can be created through program,and the detailed list created in Revit can be imported to generate engineering material sheet containing component parameters,component quantity and other information.Finally,the plug-in is applied to a practical engineering case to verify the practicality and convenience of the plug-in,realizing the rapid modeling of the assembly module wall structure,opening doors and Windows for the wall and generating engineering material form,and simplifies the work of generating construction drawings and modeling in structural analysis after using the plug-in. |
