| With the development of the construction industry,building information modeling(BIM)technology has gradually come into people’s sight.Research on BIM technology can promote the realization of the control and management of the whole life cycle of construction projects.The high integration of the whole process of design,construction,post-maintenance and othe r construction projects can effectively promote the improvement of design quality and constru ction quality,so as to achieve the purpose of reducing costs,and has great economic value for the future development of the construction industry.Prefabricated steel structures are often us ed in high-rise and super-high-rise civil buildings or public buildings with large spans and co mplex structures.However,it is difficult for traditional two-dimensional models to clearly pre sent complex node structures to various stakeholders,and it is difficult to detail the nodes.To achieve direct expression,however,the emerging BIM software is a good tool that can solve t his problem very well.The representative software in the creation of prefabricated steel struct ure building models is Tekla software,which has a secondary development port,can carry ou t personalized design of prefabricated steel structure nodes.In this paper,based on BIM technology,the detailed design of the beam-column joints of the prefabricated steel structure is carried out.First,the prefabricated steel structure beam-col umn joint library is created,including Tekla’s own beam-column joint library,the prefabricate d steel structure parametric beam-column joint library,The secondary development of the pref abricated steel structure consists of three parts,the creation steps and results of the node librar y are introduced in detail.It greatly solves the difference between all nodes in Tekla software and nodes in my country,and enriches the content of beam-column nodes in the software.The n,an intelligent application program of prefabricated steel structure beam-column joints is cre ated,including four parts: node selection module,node parameter determination module,node correction module,and node checking module.The program can quickly select beam-column nodes in the node library,which effectively improves the design efficiency of designers,and initially solves the shortcoming of no node checking content in Tekla software.In a word,the research in this paper can better solve the problem of the difference betwe en Tekla software as a foreign software and our country’s specifications,and show the readers the newly created nodes,thus making up for the blank of Tekla software,and at the same tim e,the prefabricated steel structure beams and columns created The node intelligent application program is convenient for BIM engineering design and node processing.It is an active explor ation of secondary development technology in the engineering design of prefabricated steel str uctures. |
