Research On Informatization Strategy Of TN Company Based On Cloud Computing

Information technology is the fastest developing and most widely used high-tech in human history.With the rapid development of economy and increasingly fierce competition,various industries and enterprises are transforming to the development mode of informatization and automation operation.As a member of the second tier of the online tourism industry,TN company has a moderate scale.It wants to seize the opportunity of the steady rise of the tourism marketing and the support of national policies.At the same time,it is also facing more and more fierce competition in the industry.TN company should formulate information strategy,reverse its own disadvantages and enhance its core competitiveness.This paper analyzes the internal and external environment of TN company,and formulates the development goal of TN company’s informatization strategy combined with the development status of TN company.According to the informatization strategy,uses the critical success factors analysis(CSF)and strategy set transformation(SST)process to clarify the needs of information system,and comes to the conclusion that TN company needs to build a private cloud computing platform.Then,this paper gives the safeguard measures needed for the implementation of information strategy to support the final realization of TN company’s information strategy based on cloud computing.Finally,this paper summarizes and evaluates the achievements of TN company using cloud computing platform,and looks forward to the future development direction.
