| In recent years,the country’s digital economy has accelerated,and cloud computing has gradually become the foundation of digital construction.Cloud computing takes advantage of its own intensification to save operating costs for major enterprises to the greatest extent.With the continuous expansion of the cloud computing market,major cloud vendors have joined the competition to seize the cloud market share.At the same time,the new generation of information technology represented by big data,blockchain,Internet of Things,fifth-generation mobile communications,and cloud computing has gradually penetrated into various industries,which not only changed the organizational structure and business model of the enterprise,but also raised new challenges for the marketing strategy of the enterprise.new challenges.In view of this,the research on marketing strategy based on the new generation of information technology is of great significance.In this paper,H company is taken as the research object,and the marketing strategy of H company is studied based on literature analysis,investigation and case analysis.In the research process of this paper,the emphasis is on researching the marketing status of H company based on the 7Ps theory.Specifically,the research process includes interviewing 22 employees of H company,conducting a questionnaire survey on 250 customers,combining the answers of the interviewers and The results of the questionnaire survey comprehensively analyzed the current marketing problems of H Company.There are a series of problems such as insufficient products,high overall prices,and single channels.Finally,based on the perspective of the new generation of information technology,based on the 7Ps theory,it puts forward relevant improvement suggestions for H company’s marketing strategy from seven levels:product,price,channel,promotion,personnel,process,and tangible display.For example,the product level needs to be combined with a new generation of information technology to enrich its product categories and meet the needs of different customers;the price level can be based on blockchain technology for service pricing and introduce multi-mode pricing strategies,so as to give customers a good perception of price fairness;the channel level can A series of suggestions such as building a sound sharing system through blockchain and big data and creating a healthy sales network will lay the foundation for Company H to expand its market share and maintain long-term profit growth,and also provide reference for other cloud computing manufacturers. |
