| By June 2021,China’s Internet users had reached 1.011 billion,up 21.75 million compared to December 2020,and the Internet penetration rate had reached 71.6 percent.One billion people are connected to the Internet,forming the world’s largest and most dynamic digital society.At the same time,mobile Internet has become a popular tool for people to use.This has a wide and profound impact for digitalization and intelligence in various fields and provides a new demand link and service intelligence model for the reconstruction of the tourism market.In the process of reform and development,tourism has developed rapidly from a common offline activity to a new commercial form of coexistence and combination of online and offline.It is with the development and maturity of cloud computing,big data,artificial intelligence,5G and other new-generation large-scale technologies,along with the development of mobile Internet,that the tourism industry is further reshaped and the boundary between the physical world of tourism and the digital world is opened indefinitely.Use intelligent digital tools,technologies and systems to link people and people,people and services,people and equipment in tourist attractions.It covers the whole process of experience activities before,during and after the tour,involving six elements of eating,living,transportation,traveling,shopping and entertainment.This paper starts from the information system project of a smart scenic spot in Gansu Province,which we participated in the design and implementation,and refers to the national "Standard of rating for quality of tourist attractions"(the latest revision in 2016),and combines scenic spot construction,operation management,government management,industry norms,development trend requirements and other business needs at all levels and dimensions,and completed the design and implementation of an information system for a smart scenic spot.The project system builds an overall system architecture of “one network,one comprehensive service center,three smart tourism system platforms,one set of intelligent infrastructure in the scenic spot,and a standard system”.There are many practical project management problems encountered in the process of project advancement.First,from the perspective of project scope management,this paper makes a detailed description of the scope content,scope confirmation,implementation plan,and scope change control of a smart scenic spot information system project.Sort out and decompose,and implement project management actions into different links.Through the work decomposition process of the project scope,a quantifiable and executable work package is presented,and the management process decomposed from different dimensions consolidates and refines the manageability of the information system project of a smart scenic spot in Gansu.Secondly,the paper explains the mutual coordination and auxiliary management functions of project scope management from the aspects of project schedule management and cost management,which further promotes the realization of the project goal of a smart scenic spot information system.Finally,from the perspective of project quality management,the paper comprehensively sorts out the process and requirements of each stage of the information system project of a smart scenic spot in Gansu,and puts the quality management actions into each milestone stage of the project.A quality system for project documents has been established,so that the project is in a state of management during all activities.Through the establishment and configuration of internal and external quality management,review and monitoring systems,the process monitoring of the project is carried out to ensure that a smart scenic spot information system project can output quality implementation process and project results according to the target plan. |
