Since 2015,Along with the implementation of "three networks integration" and rapid evolution of Internet technology,company L has been seriously affected.In order to reverse the adverse situation,company L has formulated the policy It is the strategic goal of the transformation from the traditional cable TV transmission provider to the integrated information service provider.Company L plans to support the transformation and upgrading needs of enterprises through the construction of ultra-high speed optical transmission network covering the whole province.Considering the complexity of the project construction and the urgent needs of the demand,especially the project How to manage the risk of project duration scientifically and effectively,ensure the smooth implementation of the project construction,and give full play to the project benefits on schedule,has become an important issue faced by the project construction.In this paper,the risk management of optical transmission network construction project is studied.Firstly,by analyzing the current situation and challenges of the radio and television industry,the basic situation of company L and the characteristics of optical transmission network construction are introduced.Secondly,by using the methods of literature research and expert investigation,the paper identifies and analyzes the potential schedule risk factors of the optical transmission network project,obtains four categories and twelve risk factors that affect the schedule of the project,and then uses the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method(FCE)to analyses the schedule risk factors,so as to determine the overall level and each level of the construction period risk The purpose of risk factor weight.Finally,according to the conclusion of the risk identification and evaluation of the schedule,the paper studies and applies the measures to handle the risk factors,achieves the goal of effective risk management and control of the schedule,realizes the practical significance of this study,and promotes the standardized construction of the risk management system of the optical transmission network construction project of L company,and realizes the theoretical basis of this study significance.
