Research On Optimization Of Financial Shared Services Under Blockchain Technolog

In recent years,my country’s economic level has been continuously improved,and various industries are also developing rapidly.In order to be invincible in the fierce competition,enterprises have put forward higher requirements for financial management.At present,many large group enterprises in my country are using the financial sharing model to establish financial sharing service centers to create the greatest economic benefits for the enterprises.Due to the late introduction of financial shared service in my country and its immature development,the financial shared service center also exposed its limitations.In recent years,blockchain technology has developed rapidly.With its unique technical characteristics,it has provided more powerful support for the intelligent innovation and upgrading of traditional financial sharing services.Under the action of blockchain technology,various problems faced by the enterprise financial shared service center will be expected to be solved.In order to explore how blockchain technology can be applied to financial sharing services,this thesis takes Harbin Pharmaceutical Group as a research case,and mainly focuses on the following questions:What is financial sharing,and why should financial sharing services be optimized?What is financial sharing under blockchain technology,and what is the applicability of blockchain technology in financial sharing?Where will blockchain technology optimize financial sharing?How should the optimized financial sharing service be guaranteed?Based on the concepts and related theories of blockchain and financial sharing,the thesis uses case analysis,inductive analysis and literature analysis to analyze the current situation of Harbin Pharmaceutical Group’s financial sharing center.Improve the efficiency of financial management and reduce the cost of personnel control,but there are still many problems.This thesis analyzes the current situation of Harbin Pharmaceutical Group’s financial sharing center from three aspects:organizational structure,business process and information system.It is found that there are such problems as difficult integration of business and finance,low efficiency of remote service;weak information integration ability,high data security risk;lack of standardized financial processes,and the low quality of financial information.This thesis proposes to optimize the financial sharing service of Harbin Pharmaceutical Group with the help of blockchain technology,discusses the transformation of organizational structure and information system under blockchain technology,and focuses on the financial process design based on blockchain.The article sorts out the current problems in accounts receivable,accounts payable,and expense reimbursement processes,and combines the advantages of blockchain technology to build a financial sharing service center based on blockchain technology for Harbin Pharmaceutical Group,and proposes a blockchain-based financial sharing service center.Financial sharing optimization path.Finally,a guarantee mechanism is proposed for the financial sharing service under the blockchain technology.With the help of blockchain,Harbin Pharmaceutical Group Financial Shared Service Center will realize the transformation of the group’s financial management model,the group management model will be changed accordingly,the business processing efficiency of each department of the company will be improved,the information system linkage will be realized,and the enterprise business will be accelerated.The construction of the financial sharing platform under the blockchain technology enhances the competitiveness of Harbin Pharmaceutical Group in the entire pharmaceutical industry,provides theoretical reference for the optimization of financial shared services in the future,and provides reference ideas for more companies that are planning to implement or have already implemented financial sharing services,to solve the problems in the financial work of enterprises.
