Study On The Countermeasures Of Archives Data Opening In Comprehensive Archives

As a government public service institution,the Comprehensive Archives is an important data source unit of the government data open platform.The opening of archival data is an important way for the archival department to innovate the service model and realize the sharing and utilization of resources,and it is also an inevitable trend of the archives from digitization to data.At a time when the construction of the government data open platform is in full swing,how to make the archival data of the comprehensive archives and the archives of the collection "come alive",give play to their use value,and promote the process of opening up the archival data of the comprehensive archives,it is worth further studying the openness of archival data.This thesis firstly summarizes the research status of archival data opening at home and abroad,clarifies the relevant concepts of government data opening and archival data opening,and determines that this thesis will carry out relevant research based on data management theory,open government theory,collaboration theory and archival value theory.The data at home and abroad in this paper,through the government open platform for network survey,using the web crawler technology to provincial deputy provincial comprehensive archives as well as the federal archives and collection of data and open to the file data at home and abroad,analyses the domestic current situation of the open file data and summarized the foreign experience.Again,questionnaire survey and telephone interview were used to investigate public satisfaction and archival data opening.Summary analysis due to the file data limited consciousness is weak,lack of policy guidance,platform construction and high cost of digital identification difficult,the change of the administrative organization reform,publicity and public participation in an insufficient knowledge and talent reserves profile data such as insufficient ideological and theoretical preparation,open policy standards do not match,the low level of overall open,resources construction and function division,male Then,countermeasures are put forward from six aspects of ideas,policies and standards,platform construction,coordination mechanism,resource construction and talent team construction.Finally,the thesis faces up to the shortcomings of the thesis and summarizes and prospects the whole thesis.
