In recent years,with the development of mobile Internet,electronic payment,big data,artificial intelligence and other technologies,the strong support of relevant national policies and measures and the inflow of funds,China’s sharing economy has begun to flourish.As a new business model,it shows great development potential and plays an important role in promoting economic development and stabilizing employment.All walks of life have also begun to find a combination point with the sharing economy.In the logistics industry,logistics has sprouted since the beginning of the 20 th century and has a history of more than 100 years.Especially driven by the development of e-commerce in recent years,the logistics industry has developed rapidly.At the same time,the problems behind it have also been highlighted,such as high logistics costs,overcapacity of logistics resources,imbalance between supply and demand,etc.Especially after China’s accession to the WTO,the entry of foreign capital makes the competition between enterprises more and more fierce,and it is more and more difficult to reduce costs in production and manufacturing.Logistics,as the "third profit source of enterprises",has gradually become an important field to improve the competitiveness of enterprises.Especially for small and medium-sized enterprises,they have limitations such as small scale,difficult financing and backward management,which makes small and medium-sized enterprises including warehousing,transportation There are many problems in the logistics link including packaging.How to improve the logistics management level of small and medium-sized enterprises to further enhance their competitiveness has become a problem considered by many small and medium-sized enterprises.This paper takes L company,a small and medium-sized logistics enterprise,as the research object to explore this problem.In recent years,with the development of sharing economy,L company has gradually developed based on the biological laboratory consumables industry to provide shared warehousing and distribution services for small and medium-sized enterprises of the same type.It hopes to reduce logistics costs and improve logistics management level for shippers through professional logistics services,so as to improve the competitiveness of the company.However,whether in theory or in reality,sharing economy and warehousing The combination of logistics business such as distribution is in the exploratory stage,so there are still many problems in the logistics management of L company.Based on the field investigation of the logistics business status of L company based on the sharing economy,this paper analyzes the existing problems from the aspects of warehousing,transportation,packaging and informatization,and then puts forward the optimization scheme through the research and study of the relevant theories of logistics management and sharing economy,and puts forward the guarantee measures in terms of organizational structure,personnel management,financial management and system management.
