As a strategic pilot project of the Chinese Academy of Sciences,the future advanced fission nuclear ——Thorium-based Molten-Salt Reactor(TMSR)aims to achieve the comprehensive using of nuclear energy.One of the project objectives is to establish 2MW liquid fuel Thorium-based molten salt reactor(TMSR-LF1).At present,the TMSR-LF1 is still in the testing period.Due to the huge project quantities and the multiple technical processes,TMSR-LF1 has a large number of equipment,which means that the equipment is hard to be managed on-site.What’s more,the information of equipment is numerous,multi-type and hard to manage.Therefore,the traditional way to store data by paper document will result in some problems,such as low query efficiency and inconvenience maintenance.In this paper,a multi-terminal equipment information management system solution with the PC Web client and We Chat applet client is proposed and developed based on the separation of front-end and back-end.At the same time,according to the background that Chinese domestic database field grows well in recent years,the system proposed select a domestic database called Ti DB to make a technical trial.Thus,by means of informatization,the efficient,convenient and refined management of TMSR-LF1 molten salt reactor equipment is realized collaboratively,which improves the engineering efficiency of LF1 molten salt reactor and improves the autonomous controllability of technology.After investigating the development and current situation of domestic database and relevant applications,nuclear power information management system,this paper selects Ti DB as the underlying database and carry out research on the practical background of equipment information management of TMSR-LF1.The main work of this work are as follows:(1)The requirements of TMSR-LF1 equipment information management have been summarized into five requirements and the data structures of equipment information have been analyzed.After that,the overall functional architecture of the system and detailed functions in different modules were built.(2)The conceptual structure and logical structure of the database have been designed and the data information related to TMSR-LF1 has been sorted out,which was stored in Ti DB database after the installation and deployment of Ti DB database.(3)Based on B/S architecture and the development mode of seperation of front end and back end,the functions of LF1 equipment information management system have been developed and deployed using Flask framework,Vue.js framework,Web Socket real-time data transmission technology and so on.(4)Tested the sytem through main function testing and system performance testing after deploying it,whose results has demonstrated the feasibility of system.
