Nowadays,emerging technologies are emerging and applied.Intelligent operation and maintenance management provides an important guarantee for the uninterrupted operation of railway company’s business.A railway company has many different network equipment nodes.In order to ensure the continuity and stability of resource services,the operation and maintenance department should monitor the performance and status of all resource nodes in real time and provide appropriate early warning.As different departments have different degrees of information technology,the computer room is relatively scattered.If the equipment fails,operation and maintenance personnel cannot timely check and handle it on site.Therefore,the railway company must develop a set of intelligent operation and maintenance management system.1.In the process of building the technical architecture,the intelligent operation and maintenance management system is applied in the J2EE system,which uses SpringBoot technology,Vue technology and Mybatis framework technology.The overall architecture is divided into three layers:WEB application,operation and maintenance data storage and operation and maintenance data acquisition layers.The intelligent operation and maintenance management system stores the data in the monitoring center,resource center,job center,event work order,configuration center,and statistical report to the Mysq18.0 database.The monitoring item database table,network device database table,operation and maintenance inspection database table,operation and maintenance work order database table,operation and maintenance alarm database table,and credential database table are designed.2.In the analysis,design and implementation of the system business functions,the construction is based on the operation and maintenance scenario of the railway company,which is divided into six parts:monitoring center,resource center,operation center,event work order,configuration center and statistical report.(1)The monitoring center monitors the large screen,network,host,load balancer,blade,service,application,storage,middleware,database,and computer room through the monitoring overview;(2)The resource center configures host devices,blades,virtualization platforms,network devices,load balancers,custom objects,credentials,equipment rooms and cabinets,IP resources,dedicated lines,services,smart cabinets,and storage devices.(3)The operation center can realize the management function of automatic inspection and the management function of fortress machine,task and release;(4)Event work order can handle and configure events;(5)The configuration center implements the configuration functions of network equipment,model management,room model,SLA level management,device type,brand,data backup,local state and acquisition monitor;(6)Statistical reports realize the report management function of assets,performance,work orders and faults.Through the construction of intelligent operation and maintenance management system of railway companies,the system can improve the standardization and fluency of resource center and event work order of railway companies,reduce the failure rate of equipment,automatically generate statistical reports,better drive the unified management ability of railway companies,and comprehensively improve the quality of operation and maintenance monitoring of railway companies.
