The rapid development of the Internet economy has brought the rise of various platforms.At the same time,a large number of flexible employment is produced.Various "low thresholds"positions related to the media are also richer.It is increasingly micro,so the internships of news communication students(hereinafter referred to as "new students")have also shifted.More students choose to enter the Internet "big factory" internship to accumulate cultural capital of their future employment.However,domestic interns are still in a legal gray area,and the changes in media platformization and the lag of discipline education have also made it difficult for new interns to be in the "new and old" seams.Pay more attention and protection.In this context,research in the journalism and communication academia also pays more attention to the workers in the digital platform.Various digital labor research is based on platform types,different occupations,and even different interaction forms.Both interns have not received much attention,but more scholars have begun to pay attention to unpaid and low-paying labor processes such as "big factories" intern.This article takes the theoretical basis of the labor process,and shows their labor map through in-depth interviews with new students who have internships Internet companies.Discuss the daily life practice in the internship field.Studies have found that the new students are facing the contradictions of "data worship" in labor,deepening of deepening skills,and ubiquitous supervision in the workman.In order to cope with these dilemma,new students use their own discipline advantages.It is based on the cognition of the discipline to reshape three self-roles:the "experience faction" is affected by the environment of the new discipline and enjoy the "Big factory" aura,and the "strong family"uses utilitarian use of the "big factory" internship.Educational defects that make up for the new discipline theory,and the "Critical Spirit" they have learned to complete the thorough charm of the "big factory" using the "critical spirit" they have learned.The rules of game rules of"misunderstanding","setting off" and "privileges",and finally giving birth to labor consent.However,in this "equal" game,the new intern also has its own way of resisting to fight for their doctrines and perform personality online.In the end,the study discovered that the new intern was trapped in the labor of the "big factory",but thanks to this,it harvested the self-affirmation of the new discipline paradox and the guarantee of the smoothness of the individual in the "new and old" media environment change.This study helps to enrich the theory of labor process and the theory of cultural capitalrelated theories,and by knowing the deep logic behind the new student Internet internship,it is believed that the newly cultivated professional population supports the times.The improvement of the law provides some help to promote the prosperity and development of the employment market of more new maj ors in China but even more liberal arts majors.
