| In recent years,with the rapid development of the world industry,energy and environmental problems have become increasingly prominent,and the increasingly stringent environmental regulations and standards in various countries have promoted the innovation and development of honeycomb ceramics technology in various countries.Compared with foreign developed countries,China ’s honeycomb ceramics technology and intellectual property rights started late,and the number of core patents held is small.Therefore,analyzing the patent layout and competition situation of global honeycomb ceramics is conducive to providing suggestions for the patent layout of domestic enterprises,and has far-reaching significance for improving the competitiveness of China’s honeycomb ceramics market.Firstly,the quantitative and qualitative analysis method is used to understand the overall layout situation from the perspective of global honeycomb ceramics patent application trend,regional layout,applicant layout and technical layout,and further study the layout trend,technical layout and innovation for key areas.The research shows that the honeycomb ceramics patents were first distributed in the European market,and now generally show a rapid growth trend;China,Japan and the United States have become the main layout countries,among which China has the strongest patent innovation ability and the United States has the greatest patent innovation potential.The applicants in this field are mainly Japanese enterprises;honeycomb ceramics catalyst carrier technology and honeycomb ceramics filtration technology are the core technologies in this field,and are mainly distributed in China.Secondly,the layout analysis of the patents of key enterprises of honeycomb ceramics is carried out,and the core patents are identified from the perspective of time,region and technology,combined with sugar-coated layout and fence layout mode.The research shows that the research and development of foreign key enterprises started earlier.In addition to their own layout,patents are also widely distributed in China,Europe and other places,and the layout activity is relatively stable.The core patents involve honeycomb ceramics materials,molding equipment and application products;the research and development of key domestic enterprises started late,only focusing on the Chinese market.The core patents focus on the development of honeycomb ceramics catalyst carriers and honeycomb ceramics filter materials.Further comparative analysis of key enterprises at home and abroad from the emphasis,width and density of patent layout shows that Chinese enterprises have a higher emphasis on patent layout in the field of honeycomb ceramics,and the width and density of foreign enterprises are larger,which shows that Chinese enterprises pay more attention to honeycomb ceramics,and foreign enterprises involve a wide range of technologies in the field of honeycomb ceramics.Thirdly,the honeycomb ceramics catalyst carrier is selected as the key technology to decompose the technology-efficacy,and the comprehensive index of patent layout situation identification is established.It is concluded that the use of selective catalytic reduction carrier,oxidation catalytic carrier or diesel engine particle filter carrier technology to improve efficiency and reduce complexity is the patent layout barrier area.Using ammonia escape catalytic carrier,three-way catalytic conversion carrier or gasoline engine particle filter carrier technology to improve the catalytic performance,strength or thermal stability is the patent layout opportunity area;the use of selective catalytic reduction carrier,ammonia escape catalytic carrier or three-way catalytic conversion carrier technology to improve corrosion resistance or heat storage and release performance is the patent layout advantage area.Finally,according to the conclusion of the full text,it is proposed to realize the transformation from ’ domestic application ’ to ’ overseas layout ’;strengthen industryuniversity-research collaborative innovation;improve the layout of honeycomb ceramics patent portfolio type;broaden the application field layout of honeycomb ceramics;recommendations such as clever use of advantageous technology-efficacy combinations. |
