PEST Analysis And Countermeasure Research Of LED Packaging Industry From The Perspective Of Patents

LED is known as the 21 st century green lighting source and the fourth generation light source.LED packaging is a key link in the LED industry chain and a bridge connecting chips and applications.The research and development of patented technology and the protection of patent rights play an important role in technological innovation in the LED packaging industry.The topic of this paper is based on the real needs of enterprises LED-COB patent navigation,and on this basis,PEST analysis method is used to study the LED packaging industry,in order to guide the technological innovation of Chinese LED packaging enterprises and promote the development of China’s LED packaging industry.This paper adopts methods such as patent analysis,PEST analysis,and expert opinion consultation to conduct research.Specifically,the patent analysis method is used to analyze the development trend,technology lifecycle,technology hotspots,and the operational direction of patent technologies in the LED packaging industry;Using PEST analysis method to analyze the economic environment,technological environment,social environment,and technological environment of LED packaging industry;Collect relevant economic data on the LED packaging industry and the dynamics of some enterprises through expert consultation.Based on a thorough study of relevant domestic and foreign materials,this paper combines patent data of the LED packaging industry,and analyzes the macro environment of the LED packaging industry from multiple perspectives and levels of politics,economy,society,and technology.Through analysis,this article concludes that the industry regulatory system and relevant policies and regulations for China’s LED packaging industry are relatively complete,and government subsidies are more centralized;There are problems in the development of China’s LED packaging industry,such as insufficient innovation and technology,a large proportion of reliance on the natural economy,a large gap in regional development,and imbalanced regional development;The patented technologies in the LED packaging industry are mainly concentrated in countries such as Japan,the United States,and South Korea,while China’s LED packaging patented technologies are mainly distributed in regions such as the Pearl River Delta,the Yangtze River Delta,and the Bohai Rim region;The patent layout hotspots of LED packaging technology are mainly COB packaging technology.In the hot layout direction of COB packaging technology,the number of structural layouts accounts for the first place,followed by the process.The main innovative content of this paper is as follows: In traditional patent analysis,the PEST analysis method is rarely involved,and patent analysis is only conducted from a single dimension,which cannot display the full picture of industrial development.This article combines patent analysis method and PEST analysis method to leverage the different advantages of the two analysis methods.PEST analysis analyzes China’s environmental factors from multiple dimensions,and combines patent literature with a large amount of information carriers such as technology,market,and law,The analysis of the LED packaging field is more objective and in-depth,reflecting the situation of patented technology in China’s LED packaging field,in order to ensure comprehensive analysis content and formulate more targeted strategic development suggestions for the future development of China’s LED packaging industry.
