Research On Risk Management Of IT System Outsourcing Project Of Hebei Mobile

With the advent of 5g era,the competition among operators is becoming more and more fierce.In such a market environment,operators have chosen it outsourcing to rapidly improve the company’s Information level and core competitiveness.However,there are many potential risks in the process of IT system outsourcing.Therefore,using risk management theory,identify and analyze the risks in outsourcing projects,and then formulate reasonable response plans according to the analysis results,Controlling the risk within an acceptable range is of great significance to improve the success rate of IT outsourcing projects of operators.Taking Hebei mobile IT system outsourcing project as the research object,this paper identifies and analyzes the risks existing in the outsourcing project by studying the relevant data of IT outsourcing,project risk management and it outsourcing project risk management,combined with the research status of IT outsourcing risk management at home and abroad and the operation and outsourcing of Hebei mobile IT system.Based on the life cycle theory,the risk factors in the IT system outsourcing project of Hebei mobile are determined by using the literature analysis method and expert investigation method,the ranking of various risks is obtained by using the analytic hierarchy process,and the risk causes in each life cycle are analyzed by means of induction and summary,so as to put forward targeted countermeasures for Hebei mobile to improve the risk management level.Provide reference basis for risk management of various IT outsourcing projects within operators and it outsourcing projects in other industries.
