| The update and iteration speed of information technology is very fast.Therefore,the complexity of software projects is constantly increasing.The requirements of customers for customized software products have also been greatly improved.Correspondingly,software project outsourcing companies have also increased There are more and more risk factors,and these various risk factors are likely to lead to the failure of the entire customized software outsourcing project.At present,many domestic software outsourcing companies pay little attention to software outsourcing risk management,and fail to effectively identify,respond to and monitor project risks.As a result,software outsourcing projects are out of control or even the entire project ends in failure.Based on the characteristics and status quo of typical software outsourcing R companies and their main business customized software outsourcing projects,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the risk management of R company customized software outsourcing projects through project management theory and risk management models.And combined with the various stages of the project life cycle,sum up a list of risk factors.Use questionnaire survey analysis method,brainstorming method,expert evaluation method,probability statistics method,qualitative analysis method and quantitative analysis method to identify and evaluate risk factors,and then conclude that R company’s customized software outsourcing project needs the most urgent attention and is urgently needed Formulate the risk factors of countermeasures and give relevant measures.Mainly related to project risk management mechanism,software requirements,human resource risks,etc.,according to the priority of these risks,the monitoring measures and response plans for these risks are proposed.Finally,some optimization suggestions are put forward for R company to develop a customized software outsourcing project risk management plan. |
