In recent years,with the great attention of our government and the continuous innovation of science and technology,the new media industry has developed rapidly and become more and more closely connected to people’s lives,becoming an inseparable part of our digital economy.In addition,the new media industry faces both opportunities and challenges in the face of increasingly stringent regulatory policies and increasing industry competition.Therefore,if enterprises in the new media industry want to stand out in the industry,they must seize the opportunity,meet the challenge and optimize their own financial strategy to improve their core competitiveness,to ensure their long-term survival and development.Mango Excellent Media Co.,Ltd.is the first state-controlled new media company in the A-share market to surpass the 100 billion market capitalization.Mango TV is also the only long-term video platform in China,so studying the company’s financial strategy will help to find common problems in the implementation of financial strategy in the same industry.Based on this,the paper chooses Mango Excellent Media Co.,Ltd.as the case study object,and takes value creation theory,financial sustainable growth theory and financial strategy matrix theory as the theoretical basis.Firstly,the paper analyzes the external environment and internal environment of Mango Excellent Media Co.,Ltd.financial strategy from five aspects: political law,economy,socio-culture,science and technology and nature,as well as the core competitiveness and main business of the enterprise.Secondly,combined with the current situation of enterprise development and related financial data and indicators,this paper combs the current situation of Mango Excellent Media Co.,Ltd.financial strategy from the angle of financing,investment,operation and dividend distribution strategy respectively,and evaluates the effect of Mango Excellent Media Co.,Ltd.on the implementation of the strategy according to the distribution map of the enterprise financial strategy,thus summarizes the problems of Mango Excellent Media Co.,Ltd.in strategic selection.Finally,according to the above problems,the paper puts forward the following suggestions to optimize the financial strategy of Mango Excellent Media Co.,Ltd.to construct a diversified financing system and adjust the debt financing structure.The investment strategy should establish specialized investment evaluation department and increase investment in scientific and technological research and development.The operation strategy should improve the ability of receivables recovery and the efficiency of asset operation.Dividend distribution strategy should expand the distribution method and formulate stock incentive plan.In short,financial strategy is at the core of the enterprise.Reasonable financial strategy is the guarantee of the balanced and effective flow of enterprise funds and lays the foundation for the realization of the enterprise’s overall strategy.At the same time,the new media industry is more sensitive to the change of environment,the financial strategy of relevant enterprises is often in dynamic change,not too old,and reasonable financial strategy will help enterprises in the current stable competitive pattern by exploring their own growth points to stand out.Therefore,it is of great time and value to study the financial strategies of enterprises in this field.
