| With the rapid development of Internet information technology in the world,the era of 5G network intelligent Internet of Things has emerged as the times require.The integration of cloud computing,big data and AI technology has opened a new era door for the development of the Internet industry.Intelligent Internet technology is spread across various fields such as economic,social,industrial and human consumption,and is an important factor in promoting global industrial innovation and economic development in the 21 st century.At present,more and more emerging Internet enterprises are springing up like bamboo shoots.Under the background of the continuous upgrading and development of the digital economy,the growth of enterprises is also facing opportunities and challenges.The key is whether they can establish a profit model in line with their actual situation.As the most innovative enterprise in the Internet industry,Xiaomi Group’s relatively mature profit model has played a pivotal role.This paper studies the profit model of Xiaomi Group from the perspective of value chain to achieve the purpose of promotion and optimization.At the same time,we also hope to bring some experience sharing to other enterprises in the same industry.Firstly,it systematically explains the relevant concepts of value chain and profit model,and provides theoretical support for the following research.Secondly,it analyzes the value chain process of Xiaomi Group and its profit model elements from the perspective,explains the impact of value chain optimization on the profit model,and improves the profitability of the enterprise.In addition,this paper also selected the data indicators of the past five years,and established the EVA economic value added model to evaluate the profitability,profit quality and enterprise value of Xiaomi Group,and analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of the enterprise value chain profit model.Then,based on the internal value chain and external value chain of the enterprise,further optimization measures are proposed to improve the value creation ability of Xiaomi Group and realize the sustainable development of the enterprise.Finally,it gives corresponding practical enlightenment to other Internet enterprises when optimizing their profit model through the value chain. |
