Research On Profit Model Of High-tech Enterprises

The development of high-tech enterprises has always been the top priority of China’s economic development.In particular,the world form is changing rapidly,and the world pattern is constantly changing with the development of different countries in the world.The primary goal of national development is rapid economic development,and the core of rapid economic development is the rapid development of science and technology.After the rapid development of China’s economy in the past 40 years,to avoid falling into the trap of developing countries,vigorously developing high-tech enterprises is an important guarantee for the sustainable and stable development of China’s economy.To see whether science and technology can be transformed into productive forces is to see the profitability of high-tech enterprises.Temporary profits can not represent the success of enterprises.We must study profit models that can make sustainable profits and long-term development.As a representative of high-tech enterprises,Xiaomi has rapidly developed into a unicorn enterprise with more than 100 million users since its establishment in 2010.Behind its amazing development speed is a unique profit model.This thesis focuses on the profitability construction of Xiaomi Company,explores the fundamental reasons for its success,and provides reference for other high-tech enterprises in China.This thesis first classifies the high-tech enterprises in China and analyzes the development status of the communication equipment industry,then introduces the relevant situation of Xiaomi Company,and sorts out the development path of Xiaomi Company’s profit model in three stages,namely,the stage of building internal value chain,the stage of building external value chain and the stage of building value network,Then,according to the five factor analysis theory of the profit model,the thesis analyzes the profit factors of Xiaomi Company.ZTE,whose profit model is the traditional value chain profit model,is selected as the comparison enterprise and Xiaomi Company to analyze the effect in terms of profitability and profit quality.Then,the advantages and risks of Xiaomi Company’s profit model are summarized to evaluate its effect.Finally,the enlightenment to the development of high-tech enterprises is proposed,such as the need to increase R&D investment and optimize the financial system of enterprises.
