In the process of social capitalization,social individuals and media maintain different cohesion.When most social members keep up with the development rhythm of digitalization,what can’t be ignored is that there are still quite a few individuals who can’t keep up with the pace of digital development.Especially in the public perception of the media vulnerable position of the visually impaired groups,they are in the media access,media contact,media use and information access are vulnerable,with the accelerated development of digital media,media vulnerable groups of vulnerable characteristics are becoming more and more obvious.In this paper,the visually impaired youth’s media use behavior and willingness to use as the research object,the influence factors of the visually impaired youth intelligent media use behavior are analyzed and summarized,and the influencing factors model of the visually impaired youth intelligent media use behavior is constructed.Through empirical analysis,the relationship between the variables and the degree of influence in the model are verified,and the media life picture of the visually impaired youth is explored.This study selected the visually impaired youth in Jiangsu Province to conduct a questionnaire survey to collect information on their smart media use behavior,and selected typical in-depth interviews.Through literature research,initial questionnaire prediction and exploratory factor analysis,the reliability and validity of the measurement questions and questionnaire were analyzed,and the final questionnaire was formed after modification and improvement.Determine the sample object and scale,questionnaire distribution form,and conduct descriptive statistical analysis on the collected data to provide data basis for subsequent model validation.The data analysis mainly uses SPSS 19.0 to carry on the correlation analysis and the regression analysis,has verified separately from the performance expectation,the effort expectation,the social influence,the contributing factor as well as the perceived risk angle to the visually impaired youth intelligent media use behavior influence factor.The results show that performance expectation,effort expectation and social influence have significant positive effects on the use behavior of visually impaired youth using smart media,while perceived risk factors have negative effects on the use behavior intention.The contributing factors have no significant influence on the smart media use behavior of visually impaired youth.There are some differences in the use of intelligent media among visually impaired youth of different ages and vision levels.Based on the conclusions of this study,this paper puts forward some corresponding strategies and suggestions on how to enhance the willingness of young visually impaired people to use smart media,such as further awakening the social responsibility of smart media enterprises,accelerating the development of smart media technology to improve quality and efficiency,broadening the theme of new technology popularization,and strengthening the risk management of smart media,so as to help visually impaired youth better use new media technology as their other eyes and actively integrate into society.
