In the 21st century,with the mature development of the Internet,the network gradually develops from the traditional Internet to the mobile Internet.It combines with the traditional field in the way of "Internet+," which significantly promotes the information process of all walks of life in the traditional field.At present,the main body of the Internet is the smartphone.The online second-hand mobile phone recycling and trading platform HuiShouBao App is a new project of F Company.For F Company,although it has rich experience in traditional processing and production,the construction of the HuiShouBao App software platform is full of risks,and sound risk management has undoubtedly become the focus of project management.Based on the background of the HuiShouBao App project in the software development process,this paper conducts scientific risk management on this project.It subdivides risk management into four processes:identification,analysis,response,and monitoring.First,the Delphi method was used to sort out the possible risk factors in the HuiShouBao App project through three questionnaires.Then,based on the results of risk identification,various potential risk factors were analyzed,evaluated,and graded,and a more intuitive risk matrix was formed.In the process of risk response,based on the results of the risk matrix,the genetic algorithm is used to find the direction of the best combination strategy for risk response,and the combination strategy is manually reviewed and expanded,which breaks through the traditional way of manual planning of response plans.Finally,repeated Monte Carlo simulation is used as a technical performance measurement tool for risk monitoring.Under the guidance of relevant theories,the HuiShouBao App project has achieved excellent risk management results during the development process.This is due to effectively implemented risk management measures and strategies.The above risk management methods were successfully applied to the HuiShouBao App project.They became the organizational process assets of Company F,providing significant reference value for its subsequent software projects.Company F has established a practical risk management framework and process through these methods and practices,laying a solid foundation for the successful delivery and risk control of subsequent projects.This article uses innovative thinking based on traditional methods in project management,combined with the author’s experience in software projects.This provides a specific reference for the same type of academic research activities.
