| Reading education is an important initiative to improve humanistic literacy in today’s society.Proficiency in reading can enhance one’s comprehension and other abilities,thereby enhancing one’s overall personal strength.Reading psychology research also shows that reading ability can be cultivated from an early age,and planned intervention in children’s reading learning can better improve their reading literacy.Based on the needs of elementary school students to improve their reading ability in the stage of basic education,this paper analyzes the strategies of elementary school libraries to carry out reading education,so as to help their future development.This paper investigates the primary school reading education in Shanghai.It is found that the reading education mode of most schools is relatively simple,inheriting the teaching form of traditional courses,similar to the auxiliary teaching of Chinese courses,which cannot meet the diversified needs of students in reading education.To optimize the content and form of reading education so that the primary school library can fulfill its educational obligations is a feasible primary school reading education mode.In order to promote primary school reading education,it is necessary for primary school libraries to actively participate in the planning and organization of primary school reading education systematic curriculum and related activities.Make use of the advantages of library environment and resources to promote primary school students’ reading interest,reading ability and so on.This paper analyzes the conditions and goals of reading education in primary school libraries in order to provide theoretical basis for the future development of reading education in primary school.At the same time,this paper makes a series of strategic planning on the mode and content of reading education in primary school libraries,so as to realize the participation of primary school libraries in reading education and finally improve the reading ability of primary school students. |
