| Counterfeiting and shoddy goods have always been a major challenge in people’s daily lives.This problem not only reduces the quality of life for consumers,but also increases social transaction costs,disrupts the normal market economic order,and greatly reduces the efficiency of market resource allocation.Therefore,in order to ensure the quality of goods while providing consumers with the right to know about the information of goods in the circulation process,the anti-counterfeiting traceability system of goods has become a top priority.At present,China has a relatively complete traceability system in various fields of commodities,such as agricultural products,food,pharmaceuticals,beverages,etc.However,there are some problems.For example,the back-end architecture of most systems is a traditional single architecture application based on MVC architecture,and the code of each module has high coupling and poor scalability;They only involve products in a certain professional field,and have poor compatibility with enterprises with a wide variety of products;Using a single anti-counterfeiting technology has poor security and is easy to crack.To address the aforementioned issues,this article proposes to design and implement an anti-counterfeiting traceability system based on a microservice architecture,where each service is independent of each other and has a single responsibility.On the basis of this architecture design and referring to the actual business needs of product traceability,this article combines different anti-counterfeiting technologies with symmetric and asymmetric encryption technologies according to the different values of the products,providing three different anti-counterfeiting solutions for enterprise users.1.Due to the characteristics of easy recognition and difficult replication of NFC tags,ECC-AES hybrid encryption technology is used to generate anti-counterfeiting tags.The content of the NFC tag is the encrypted ciphertext of the globally unique ID and product information embedded in the tag.Users can read the tag at different process nodes through the Android app.2.Combining the characteristics of high capacity,anti replication,and easy reading of multispectral and multi-chromatic color QR codes,the snowflake algorithm is used to generate a unique ID for the label.Combined with the EPC encoding of the product,ECC-AES hybrid encryption technology is used to encrypt the information.Based on the parity of the ciphertext string index,the ciphertext is divided into two segments of ciphertext with a length of less than or equal to 1 character to generate a light dark dual code,and a hidden logo is implanted using homochromatic metamerism technology,Finally,generate anti-counterfeiting labels.Users can use the Android app to directly read the label and observe the label logo through infrared devices to detect the authenticity of the label.3.Printing quantum dot technology has the characteristics of being invisible to the naked eye,autonomous and controllable,anti replication,anti fouling,etc.It uses snowflake algorithm to generate a unique ID for the label,combines it with the EPC code of the product,encrypts the information through ECC-AES hybrid encryption technology,and pseudo-random scrambles the ciphertext,Ultimately,anti-counterfeiting labels that can be directly read by Android apps are generated through encoding technology and halftone hiding technology.The anti-counterfeiting traceability system designed in this article combines multiple anti-counterfeiting and encryption technologies to provide enterprise users with three different anti-counterfeiting solutions with different focuses,allowing them to choose anti-counterfeiting solutions that match the value of the product according to their own needs.At the same time,it provides enterprises with anti-counterfeiting traceability services throughout the entire lifecycle of the product from production,logistics,distribution to sales,At the same time,the platform also provides an effective anti-counterfeiting traceability channel for regulators and consumers,achieving an anti-counterfeiting traceability system that can effectively combat counterfeiting,is highly available,high-performance,and easy to maintain. |
